Applicants shall provide complete educational experiences from elementary to postgraduate program and provide Master's Degree Certificate certified by the Ministry of Education of applicant's
home country.

Applicants shall meet one of the conditions 1-3, and meet condition 4.
1. The applicant's native language is English or the official language is English;
2. The medium language of applicants' highest education qualification is English;
3. International English language tests scores: Academic IELTS overall score 6.0, with all bands 5.5 or above; TOEFL overall score 85
with all bands 20 or above, or the equivalent; GRE score 300 or above; Duolingo scores of 95 or above.
4. Applicants must pass the English test after the registration.

*1. Police Certificate
Police Certificate (non-university students shall provide Police Certificate. The certificate should be less than six months old, if valid date is unspecified; If the validity period is indicated, the materials shall prevail; Students enrolled shall provide a proof of school/university performance instead).
*2. Personal bank statement
Personal bank statement as evidence of financial support ($5,000 USD above, evidence of relationship must be provided in the case of parents being sponsors; Eligible scholarship applicants are not required to submit this proof).
*3. Personal Statement
Written in Chinese or in English.
*4. English language proficiency certificate
*5. Physical Examination Record for Foreigner (by the admission, the certificate must be less than six months old).
*6. Passport copies (photograph page), passport is not renewable from the time of application to the entry to China with a valid visa.
7. Passport photo
A recent passport-sized photo of the applicant
*8. Copies of postgraduate transcripts (non-Chinese or English versions must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations).
*9. Student Identity Certification or graduation certificate copies (non-Chinese or English versions must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations).
*10. Recommendation letters from two professors (above the academic title of associate professorship).
Tips:
For applicants who are in China: If you are an employee, you still need to provide employment separation certificate and your current residence permit. If you are a student, you need to provide transfer certificate, leaving certificate, certificate of attendance rate issued by previous school and your current residence permit. - How to Apply
